honesty is being true to oneself... true in thoughts, words, and actions...
honesty is beyond telling the truth... because come to think of it, what is the truth? do we really know what the truth is?
"the truth shall set you free," this is a most prostituted adage, but do we really know what the truth is. how will the truth set us free?
beyond the literal is the spiritual... the truth will set us free from the abysmal sorrow and pain that just won't disappear.
the biggest lie lies in the question, "Who am I?"
we over identify ourselves with our body, as such we find limited happiness in external things... when they're gone we feel sad... we feel sorrowful... when a loved one dies, a part of us dies... when we lose something of value, it's like we are being decapitated.
who we are is beyond our physical attributes, our profession, our position, our possession... we are
more than all this limited things...
we are unlimited...
in reality, there are only three truths in this universe, and that is
i am a soul
this drama is eternally predestined
and God...
if we hold on to these truths our happiness becomes unlimited. and nothing or no one can make us sorrowful ever again...
